Yes. Use our Sample Request form with the product name or SKU, destination country, and quantity. Sample availability, price, and shipping are confirmed for each request. Unused samples in original packaging may be returnable within 14 days with prior written approval (see Refund policy).

How do I get wholesale pricing and MOQ?

Submit a Wholesale Inquiry with target market, product interests, estimated order quantity, destination, and any customization needs. Pricing and minimum order requirements are confirmed for that product and order.

What can be customized?

Branding, packaging, appearance, and selected hardware or software. Options depend on the model and technical review.

Which details should buyers confirm before ordering?

Features, app and connectivity requirements, supported languages, age suitability / labeling for the destination market, and certification documents needed for import.

What certifications can you provide?

Export documentation packages commonly include CE, FCC, CPC, EN71, and RoHS; additional marks such as EN6115 or CCC depend on the market package. Ask us for the certificate set that matches your destination.
