Zexisek (Shenzhen Chengzhongxin Technology Co., Ltd.) sells AI companion plush toys primarily on a wholesale / B2B basis.

Samples

Sample orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and with prior written approval. Buyer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Wholesale / bulk orders

Custom, OEM/ODM, and made-to-order goods are non-refundable once production has started, except for manufacturing defects. Standard stock wholesale orders: notify us within 7 days of delivery for damaged or incorrect items; we will replace or refund after inspection.

How to request

Email gavinyu088@gmail.com with your order number, photos, and reason. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
